What's interesting about the appointment is that Miller spent 11 years working as a channel-partner executive before joining Avnet in 2004, an experience that should well serve Arrow's reseller customers. Jeff Bawol, president of ATS Americas, believes that Miller's work as a solution provider will insure that Miller keeps the customer's perspective at the forefront of his concerns. He is expected to focus on expanding business growth opportunities in technology solutions that optimize existing IT infrastructure. Miller is responsible for the sales and marketing of software, hardware and services from suppliers in the storage, networking, data management, security, enterprise mobility and unified communications markets.
